Dan Dan

John Lorence is an adopted child of Mrs. Salve Panelo and Mr. Romeo Panelo. They called him Dan Dan. Dan Dan is 2 years old. He is a sweet and a loving son. He loves to play also to other child. He Loves to eat powdered milk while watching cartoons. In the video, Dan Dan is very serious watching but he keeps talking and talking even though you cannot understand what he is saying , that means the television is the center of the household entertainment because her parents are busy on work.For being good in watching cartoons it give him hope to escape into a world of imagination. Television is his life.

My Adventure at Boracay

My adventure at Boracay. 

Boracay is a beautiful island. It’s true.The beach is spectacular. One could walk for miles on foot even without shoes! Well, because the sand is fine.My Grandmother planned to spend our first Boracay vacation. We went Boracay last April 2012.Boracay summer vacation with my family for  3 days and 2 nights. It’s one of those place that I have been too and never once missed home, one of those place that once I arrived and leave I already dream of when I’m coming back again . I really love Boracay is because of its white powdery sand and crystal clear water, I have my other special reasons too. Without a doubt, Boracay is the number one beach in the Philippines and one of the best in the world. Going there, our flight is from Manila to Kalibo that took 45 minutes. After landing on Kalibo airport, you will ride a Van then tricycle going to the jetty port where you will ride a small boat going to the Boracay island. We have stayed in Boracay tourist Inn. Its location is strategic and very accessible although it is not located near the beach. It is a 2-minute walk from the beach.

Paksiw na Dahon ng Gabi sa Sampaloc

Every neighborhood have these plant near their homes. In Ilokano we say as "Aba", in Tagalog we say as "Gabi"in English we say as "Taro". Aba is very nutricious food. The mature leaves of aba, is not usually because it's itchy. Careful when tiring the leaves because it might be teared, also in cleaning aba as the hands might got some itcheness.
The aba cooking. Delicious dish is paksiw nga aba or soured. I boiled water with garlic first, then putting bagoong, put in some ginger, chili and some onions and then the leaves of aba. Cook the aba for some time and don't stir else it becomes itchy (on the mouth or on the throat). Undercooked of aba is also itchy sometimes. Just cook it well and avoid stirring while the aba is being cooked. I made mine paksiw na dahon ng aba by adding fresh tamarind fruit. Ready to serve.
